Life safety is a critical issue in the hospitality business.  Seeking to enhance the safety of their guests, and to comply with NYC Local Law 26, the LaGuardia Marriott recently installed photoluminescent signs and markings from Green Mountain Graphics in the egress pathways.  In a simple 3 step process, Green Mountain Graphics 1)  surveyed the property, 2)  wrote the proposal, and 3)  installed the signs and markings.  Now, in the event of a power failure or blackout, all occupants of the hotel will be able make their way to safety, guided by the green glowing photoluminescent signs and markings.  A representative of the engineering department of the LaGuardia Marriott said "Green Mountain Graphics helped us take the necessary steps to make our Marriott location a save environment.  Everything looks great."

New York City Local Law 26 requires photoluminescent signs and markings in all Class E buildings over 75' tall.  If you are an owner, manager, or occupant of a building that is not in compliance, contacts us today.  Many buildings have installed photoluminescent signs and markings that have failed.  Green Mountain Graphics can repair faulty installations and bring your property back into compliance.  Reference code "PL-1" for a free, no-obligation survey and estimate.

Cogswell Realty, LLC

In the forefront of the renaissance of downtown Newark, real estate developer and manager Cogswell Realty  has turned the National Newark Building at 744 Broad Street into Newark's Crown Jewel.  With a recent vacancy in a ground floor retail space, Cogswell reached out to Green Mountain Graphics to create bold, eye-catching signage to fill the entire storefront glass.  After measuring each window and door, we created a layout custom sized for each panel.  The art was then digitally printed on clear self adhesive film, installed, and backed up with white film to create truly "eye-popping" graphics.  Darla Stachecki, Senior Vice President of Cogswell Realty , said "Green Mountain Graphics has always produced great-looking signs for us.  I was especially pleased with the way these windows turned out.  They are getting alot of attention and are a huge help in our marketing effort".

Marketing real estate in this tough economy is a challenge - put the experience and expertise of Green Mountain Graphics to work for you!  With our in-house staff of artists, fabricators, and installers, we can design the attention-grabbing signage you need to quickly "close the deal".

Murray Hill Properties

1250 Broadway, a 39 story, 670,000 square foot Class A office building, recently underwent a major renovation of the top floors.  Seizing an opportunity for branding and advertising on the sidewalk scaffold, Murray Hill Properties, owners of the building, contracted Green Mountain Graphics to fabricate and install a digitally printed banner wrap to cover the fence.  The banner wrap, over 600 feet in length, presented a design challenge for our art department.  The banner had to conform to the irregular shape of the scaffold, the image had to repeat multiple times, and additional copy had to be inserted as part of the graphics.  Green Mountain Graphics manufactured and installed on time and on budget!

What opportunities are available to you for branding, advertising, and promotion?  The Green Mountain Graphics team of designers, fabricators, and installers is ready to tackle your most challenging project
