Advertising Educational Foundation

AEF

The Advertising Educational Foundation is the advertising industry's provider and distributor of educational content to enrich the understanding of advertising and its role in culture, society, and the economy. We are particularly pleased that AEF chose Green Mountain Graphics for their promotional advertising needs! When AEF needed a thank you gift for volunteers and advertising professionals who speak at colleges and universities on behalf of the organization, they worked with our sales department to choose just the right item. After seeing samples and evaluating a number of possible promotional products, AEF chose an etched jade crystal paperweight packaged in a pull-string velour pouch. This project was coordinated by Caitlin Tucker of AEF, who commented, "Everyone here thinks that are just fabulous."

BNY Mellon (Back to Top)
Bony

The U.S. headquarters of BNY Mellon (Bank of New York Mellon) at 1 Wall Street was in need of a signage upgrade. When exiting the elevator on each floor, visitors and workers were confronted with obsolete and unattractive directories, often containing incomplete or inaccurate information. BNY Mellon requested bids from several sign companies, and chose Green Mountain Graphics to supply and install new contemporary-looking floor directories. The new directories, constructed as vinyl lettering on aluminum slats, are attractive, functional, and easy to maintain.

LaGuardia Marriot (Back to Top)
Marriot

Life safety is a critical issue in the hospitality business.  Seeking to enhance the safety of their guests, and to comply with NYC Local Law 26, the LaGuardia Marriott recently installed photoluminescent signs and markings from Green Mountain Graphics in the egress pathways.  In a simple 3 step process, Green Mountain Graphics 1)  surveyed the property, 2)  wrote the proposal, and 3)  installed the signs and markings.  Now, in the event of a power failure or blackout, all occupants of the hotel will be able make their way to safety, guided by the green glowing photoluminescent signs and markings.  A representative of the engineering department of the LaGuardia Marriott said "Green Mountain Graphics helped us take the necessary steps to make our Marriott location a save environment.  Everything looks great."

New York City Local Law 26 requires photoluminescent signs and markings in all Class E buildings over 75' tall.  If you are an owner, manager, or occupant of a building that is not in compliance, contacts us today.  Many buildings have installed photoluminescent signs and markings that have failed.  Green Mountain Graphics can repair faulty installations and bring your property back into compliance.  Reference code "PL-1" for a free, no-obligation survey and estimate.

Murray Hill Properties (Back to Top)
Korea

1250 Broadway, a 39 story, 670,000 square foot Class A office building, recently underwent a major renovation of the top floors.  Seizing an opportunity for branding and advertising on the sidewalk scaffold, Murray Hill Properties, owners of the building, contracted Green Mountain Graphics to fabricate and install a digitally printed banner wrap to cover the fence.  The banner wrap, over 600 feet in length, presented a design challenge for our art department.  The banner had to conform to the irregular shape of the scaffold, the image had to repeat multiple times, and additional copy had to be inserted as part of the graphics.  Green Mountain Graphics manufactured and installed on time and on budget!

What opportunities are available to you for branding, advertising, and promotion?  The Green Mountain Graphics team of designers, fabricators, and installers is ready to tackle your most challenging project

Elliot Lable & NYP

When was the last time you saw something uplifting while at the hospital? Local artist Elliot Lable took this into consideration when he recently quilted together seventy eight 7in. squares decorated with the thoughts and artwork of cancer patient's family members and staff of the Herbert Irving Cancer Center at New York Presbyterian Medical Center. Green Mountain Graphics mounted the collection as a 4'x8' framed grid on a wall of the patient lounge.  Mr. Lable says: "My intent is that all who visit the mural understand that patients come as strangers but become a family unit with all those involved in their care. The title of the mural is The Family Unit.

The combination of creativity and artistry is a powerful agent for positive change.  Green Mountain Graphics works with many artists and art organizations to turn "concepts" into "objects".  We welcome your creative challenges!

DeBragga & Spitler

Have you visited the recently opened Highline Park, on Manhattan's west side?  The views from this former elevated freight train track are amazing!  Be sure to notice the new sign for gourmet meat purveyors DeBragga & Spitler, recently installed by Green Mountain Graphics.  When the Highline Park opened in June 2009, the owners of DeBragga & Spitler realized that a valuable advertising opportunity had been created.  Thousands of people a week would now be passing by their once nearly hidden location.  They needed an attractive, attention-getting sign to draw business to their new interactive website.
Green Mountain Graphics fabricated and installed a 4' x 16' red aluminum panel sign, with raised white cut-out acrylic letters, and a gold trim frame.  The new sign is attractive, functional, and working every day to gain new web business for "New York's Butcher". Pleased with the results, our contact Ed Damato stated "It looks wonderful from the Highline.  Everything seems to be working out perfectly!"

Signs are a proven cost-effective means of advertising.  How can Green Mountain Graphics help you improve your visibility, and capitalize on your unique visual promotion opportunities?  Contact us today for a free consultation.

The Kaufman Organization

When the Kaufman Organization, a venerable New York City real estate firm, decided that the logo signage at their properties was in need of an update, they turned to Green Mountain Graphics. Working together, we developed a design utilizing the iconic "k" logo, a modern typeface, and a clean, simple layout.  The graphics are etched on a 3/16" thick polished brass plate, and black paint filled.  You can see the new signs mounted on the facade of 8 buildings in midtown Manhattan, and in Tarrytown, NY.  The difference from "before" to "after" is dramatic!  This re-branding effort now projects an image for the Kaufman Organization that is modern, yet classic in appearance.

Your image counts...what image does your signage project?  Could it use an update?  Green Mountain Graphics specializes in custom signage solutions to create your unique visual identity.
