In Riverdale, New York, a section of the Bronx known as "the suburb within the city", Latitude Condominium was recently built as an expression of luxury condo living. In keeping with the project's high-end amenities, developer Atlantic Partners chose Green Mountain Graphics for the interior sign package. Apartment number signs of cut satin aluminum letters and numbers, and common area signs of engraved and black paint filled aluminum panels, project a high end look complementing the contemporary architectural design of Karl Fischer, and interior design of Andres Escobar.
To get buyers in the door to the weekend open house, Green Mountain Graphics fabricated and installed large promotional banners and window graphics. Developer Rob Quaco stated, "The banners look amazing, and they get people into our open house every week".
Quality signage puts the finishing touch on any construction or renovation project. We can transform your designer's vision into a solid work of "sign art", or, we can develop designs for you to meet both your aesthetic and budget needs. And, don't forget, "if they don't know about it, they can't buy it"...let Green Mountain Graphics create your eye-catching, attention-grabbing banners and signs.

When was the last time you saw something uplifting while at the hospital? Local artist Elliot Lable took this into consideration when he recently quilted together seventy eight 7in. squares decorated with the thoughts and artwork of cancer patient's family members and staff of the Herbert Irving Cancer Center at New York Presbyterian Medical Center. Green Mountain Graphics mounted the collection as a 4'x8' framed grid on a wall of the patient lounge. Mr. Lable says: "My intent is that all who visit the mural understand that patients come as strangers but become a family unit with all those involved in their care. The title of the mural is The Family Unit.
The combination of creativity and artistry is a powerful agent for positive change. Green Mountain Graphics works with many artists and art organizations to turn "concepts" into "objects". We welcome your creative challenges!

| DeBragga & Spitler |

| Have you visited the recently opened Highline Park, on Manhattan's west side? The views from this former elevated freight train track are amazing! Be sure to notice the new sign for gourmet meat purveyors DeBragga & Spitler, recently installed by Green Mountain Graphics. When the Highline Park opened in June 2009, the owners of DeBragga & Spitler realized that a valuable advertising opportunity had been created. Thousands of people a week would now be passing by their once nearly hidden location. They needed an attractive, attention-getting sign to draw business to their new interactive website. Green Mountain Graphics fabricated and installed a 4' x 16' red aluminum panel sign, with raised white cut-out acrylic letters, and a gold trim frame. The new sign is attractive, functional, and working every day to gain new web business for "New York's Butcher". Pleased with the results, our contact Ed Damato stated "It looks wonderful from the Highline. Everything seems to be working out perfectly!"

 | When the Kaufman Organization, a venerable New York City real estate firm, decided that the logo signage at their properties was in need of an update, they turned to Green Mountain Graphics. Working together, we developed a design utilizing the iconic "k" logo, a modern typeface, and a clean, simple layout. The graphics are etched on a 3/16" thick polished brass plate, and black paint filled. You can see the new signs mounted on the facade of 8 buildings in midtown Manhattan, and in Tarrytown, NY. The difference from "before" to "after" is dramatic! This re-branding effort now projects an image for the Kaufman Organization that is modern, yet classic in appearance. Your image counts...what image does your signage project? Could it use an update? Green Mountain Graphics specializes in custom signage solutions to create your unique visual identity. http://www.kaufmanorganization.com/
